I dream a lot at night.  Always have.  In high school I remember we'd sit around 1st period and I'd talk about my dreams.

I had thought that maybe once I was actually sleeping the dreaming would stop.  It hasn't.
Last night I dreamed that I was a giant purple Care Bear.  Well, not always one.  If I jumped up and down 3 times I would turn into one.  It was quite odd.  But fun--I was running around looking into people's windows to scare them.
Just weird.

So Tired...

Are you ever just so tired that you feel like you're in a fog?  I feel like that for about 75% of my day--at least.  It's been like this for years.  I remember in college I would skip class in the morning so I could sleep.  I would skip evening class so that I could nap.  Sometimes I slept 12 hours straight yet still woke up tired.

I've functioned like this for a long time and just dealt with it.  Over the past 6 months or so it has really been getting to me.  I don't know if it's gotten worse, or maybe because I'm older with more responsibilities.  Whatever the reason is, I am worn down.

On Monday I hope to have relief.  And sleep.  I pick up my CPAP machine and I can't wait.  I feel like I'm getting a new car!
My sleep study showed that I stop breathing an average of 15 times per hour.  That means that I wake up around 85-95 times a night.

No wonder I've been so dang exhausted.  I'm hoping that Tuesday morning I wake up feeling like a new person!  This could mean big changes for my family--that's what I'm praying for!

School Time!

Last week we did a fun little experiment when we were learning about electricity....the kids learned that it flows in a loop, so using battery and some cables we made a tiny light bulb light up.
Then we hooked a motor up to a pinwheel and used the battery to make it spin.  Wyatt is our class clown :)

Mason was involved, too!

These pictures are from today...Mason worked on stickers, Natalie and Wyatt were doing Math.  Do you notice a similarity in all of the pics?  Yep, we're all in our jammies.  That's how we learn best :)

School Time!

We started school on Wednesday and let's just say I'm glad that at least one day went well!  We have a lot of adjustments to make--attitudes and routines and timing.
I think it will take another week or so to fall back into "school mode".
And this little man....

He seems to think that if he can reach it, it's his.  Boy oh boy--the older two were never this mischievous and into things!  But we love him and all of the excitement that he brings to our days!
